Treatments Team

  • Ailbhe Murphy

    Ailbhe Murphy

Ailbhe is a biodynamic craniosacral therapist (CSTA registered) with a background in environmental science, dance and somatic practice. Raised in a yogic household, she blends body-mind awareness with the biopsychosocial model of health, exploring how relationships with self, others and place shape how we feel. Her work uses anatomically specific, light touch to support the nervous system, ease pain, and restore safety in the body—especially helpful for anxiety, PTSD, burnout, chronic stress, and recovery from injury.

  • Harriet Paintin

Harriet is a warm, intuitive massage therapist whose diverse background deeply informs her nurturing approach to bodywork. She gained her Level 3 in Holistic Massage, and has since gone on to complete certifications in Deep Tissue & Advanced Massage Techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Pregnancy/Postnatal Massage. Her treatments are rooted in slow, flowing strokes and deep, responsive pressure, designed to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance.

  • Holly Hopkins

Holly, based in East London, is a registered craniosacral therapist and tutor with the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy. We are not seeking, we are helping you to soften your system so that you can connect with your innate healing abilities and find your inner vitality. Holly is also a breathwork facilitator, trained yoga instructor, and has an interest in many forms of energy work. She grounds this work with a strong background in science, holding a PhD in neuroscience, and worked in medical education for almost a decade.

  • Kate McQuilken

Somatic Therapy with Kate offers a gentle, trauma-informed path to reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Through awareness, movement, and nervous system regulation, Kate helps you release stored tension, stress, and emotion. Together, you create a safe space to soften protective patterns, restore balance, and rediscover a sense of safety, ease, and connection within yourself.

  • Terri Duffy

Terri is a warm, intuitive facialist and massage therapist with five years’ experience treating clients, curating protocols, running workshops, and training therapists. Her treatments are rooted in slow, flowing techniques and responsive, nurturing touch—designed to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance. She partners with Haeckels and Weleda for their sustainability, quality ingredients, and thoughtful innovation, and offers clear, ingredient-led skin education so clients know what works for their unique concerns. Sessions create a safe, calming space to step away from the day’s busyness and return feeling soothed, hydrated, and quietly radiant.

  • Nathalie Limon

Nat offers a gentle, affirming space to explore focus, regulation, and self-advocacy without the clinical feel. Her work weaves ADHD mentoring, practical tools to advocate in life, work, and relationships with body-based practices that calm and organise the nervous system. Small-group Mini Move to Soothe classes build regulation through accessible movement; Ear Seed (auricular acupressure) sessions using Soma Studs provide steady, take-home support; and 1:1 Vestibular Therapy in an aerial hammock offers rhythmic input ideal for all nervous systems. Sessions are paced, shame-aware, and collaborative - helping you reduce overwhelm, soften anxiety, and cultivate everyday rituals that bring clarity, ease, and confidence.

  • Lewis Sharp

Lewis is a Sports Massage Therapist. His treatments combine soft and deep tissue techniques with myofascial release to restore balance, mobility, and optimal function throughout the body. Whether a client is managing an injury, recovering after intense training, or simply seeking deep relaxation, he tailors each session to meet their unique goals and physical condition.  With a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics, his approach goes beyond surface tension—addressing the underlying patterns that affect performance and everyday movement.  His aim is to help every client leave feeling restored, reconnected, and ready to move with greater ease.
