FAQs

Do you offer student and NHS discounts?

Yes! We believe sauna should be accessible.
Just bring a valid ID to access the offer, 15% off any membership or class/sauna pack, and if you wish to book again we can add this to your account for future bookings.

What should I bring?

  • A Swimsuit - or comfortable sauna wear, Sliders/Slippers, a Lock for lockers.
    we will likely host tops optional sessions soon for all genders once we have had time to build our community.

  • You can rent extra towels on site - we provide one towel for sitting on in the saunas, you are welcome to bring an additional shower towel or rent one from us.

  • You can buy cold drinks, however we also have filtered water to drink so dont forget your water bottle.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and make the most of your time. This is so you can spend the entire 50min of your session enjoying the Saunas & Plunge; you cannot enter beyond the changing space prior to your session start time.

Are there any health restrictions?

Saunas are generally safe, but please check with your doctor before booking if you:

  • Have heart conditions or high/low blood pressure

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have respiratory or circulatory problems

  • Have heat sensitivity, seizures, or fainting episodes

You’ll also be asked to sign a sauna consent form before your session.

How do I book a sauna session?

All bookings are handled via our booking platform Momence.

Can I use the sauna without booking an aerial, dance or movement class?

Absolutely! Sauna sessions are standalone experiences — you don’t need to book a class to enjoy the heat.

How many people can book together?

You can book as an individual, as a pair, or as a small group (up to 4 per sauna session). If you’d like to arrange a private group booking of both saunas and have the area to yourself, just email us at mailer@wakingdreams.co

Sauna Etiquette 101

  1. Shower before entering the saunas.

  2. Rinse off before a plunge (option to dry off before re-entering as to not invite cold into the space.

  3. Close both doors.

  4. Don’t touch buttons or adjust settings.

  5. NO water on the hot stone. These are dry saunas.

Do you have showers and changing facilities?

Yes — we have showers, changing rooms, and towels to rent so you can leave feeling refreshed.

Can I combine sauna with other therapies or classes?

Definitely. Pairing sauna with classes can boost recovery, reduce stress, and enhance your overall wellbeing. We also have a therapy room for a 360 approach to wellness.

How hot do the saunas get?

Our saunas are Nordic-inspired dry heat saunas, typically set between 85°C and 95°C. Our staff sets the temperatures and under no circumstance may attendees adjust the temperatures on their own accord. If you’re new to sauna bathing, start with shorter time-spent and build up gradually.

Do you sell sauna packages or memberships?

Yes! We offer multi-session packs and membership options to make regular sauna use easier and more affordable.
