Restore. Release. Rebalance.

Our treatment room in Bethnal Green is a calm, light-filled space where you can book 1:1 sessions with trusted therapists across a range of healing and bodywork practices.

Treatments Team

  • A woman with tattoos on her arms and neck performs a massage on a person lying face down on a massage table in a neutral setting.

    Harriet Paintin

Harriet is a warm, intuitive massage therapist whose diverse background deeply informs her nurturing approach to bodywork. She gained her Level 3 in Holistic Massage, and has since gone on to complete certifications in Deep Tissue & Advanced Massage Techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Pregnancy/Postnatal Massage. Her treatments are rooted in slow, flowing strokes and deep, responsive pressure, designed to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance.

  • A woman with long brown hair, a red flower in her hair, wearing a blue scarf and a patterned top, stands outdoors with trees and a clear sky in the background.

    Holly Hopkins

Holly, based in East London, is a registered craniosacral therapist and tutor with the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy. We are not seeking, we are helping you to soften your system so that you can connect with your innate healing abilities and find your inner vitality. Holly is also a breathwork facilitator, trained yoga instructor, and has an interest in many forms of energy work. She grounds this work with a strong background in science, holding a PhD in neuroscience, and worked in medical education for almost a decade.

  • A woman lying on a treatment bed with her eyes closed, receiving a facial from a practitioner in a spa or wellness center.

    Terri Duffy

Terri is a warm, intuitive facialist and massage therapist with five years’ experience treating clients, curating protocols, running workshops, and training therapists. Her treatments are rooted in slow, flowing techniques and responsive, nurturing touch—designed to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance. She partners with Haeckels and Weleda for their sustainability, quality ingredients, and thoughtful innovation, and offers clear, ingredient-led skin education so clients know what works for their unique concerns. Sessions create a safe, calming space to step away from the day’s busyness and return feeling soothed, hydrated, and quietly radiant.

  • Woman practicing meditation or yoga in a room with green walls, plants, and artwork, sitting cross-legged on a mat with a bolster.

    Nathalie Limon

Nat offers a gentle, affirming space to explore focus, regulation, and self-advocacy without the clinical feel. Her work weaves ADHD mentoring, practical tools to advocate in life, work, and relationships with body-based practices that calm and organise the nervous system. Small-group Mini Move to Soothe classes build regulation through accessible movement; Ear Seed (auricular acupressure) sessions using Soma Studs provide steady, take-home support; and 1:1 Vestibular Therapy in an aerial hammock offers rhythmic input ideal for all nervous systems. Sessions are paced, shame-aware, and collaborative - helping you reduce overwhelm, soften anxiety, and cultivate everyday rituals that bring clarity, ease, and confidence.

  • Portrait of a young man with long brown hair, light skin, and a mustache, smiling, wearing a black T-shirt, in front of a neutral textured background.

    Lewis Sharp

Lewis is a Sports Massage Therapist. His treatments combine soft and deep tissue techniques with myofascial release to restore balance, mobility, and optimal function throughout the body. Whether a client is managing an injury, recovering after intense training, or simply seeking deep relaxation, he tailors each session to meet their unique goals and physical condition.  With a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics, his approach goes beyond surface tension—addressing the underlying patterns that affect performance and everyday movement.  His aim is to help every client leave feeling restored, reconnected, and ready to move with greater ease.
