LOW-KEY COMMITTED - £100/month
No lock-in, no pressure. No minimum commitment. Ten sessions a month to build a practice around, used however works best for you, any class across the Syllabus or the Sauna & Plunge. The right starting point for a consistent practice without the commitment of a full membership. Cancel any time.

GOING STEADY - £140/month
A serious training month. Twenty four sessions across the Syllabus, enough to build a genuine cross-category week and feel the difference it makes. Strength one day, mobility the next, recovery when you need it.

OBSESSED - £180/month
