Yoga, Breath & Sound
Our signature dynamic class. Breath-led, vinyasa-based, and built to generate heat through movement that stacks intelligently and makes sense in the body. Dream Dynamic I is the welcoming entry point, great if you're newer to practice or just want to move well without the pressure. Dream Dynamic II turns things up: longer holds, more complex shapes, a bit more sweat. Both levels share the same philosophy: embodied movement for deeper connection.
Big energy, bigger breath. PowerPrana is a vigorous, heat-centred yoga practice that builds strength, and stamina across the whole body. The 'prana' part is not decorative; breath leads every transition, making this as much a pranayama practice as a physical one. Expect to work hard, sweat properly, and finish feeling genuinely, properly alive.
Not to be confused with Power or Rocket - this is a strong, dynamic flow that plays with a slooooow pace but doesn’t fail to turn up the heat. Expect creative sequencing, steady building movement, and moments of intensity balanced with fluid transitions. A fun, fiery practice for those who like to move, sweat, and challenge themselves without losing the joy of flow. Practitioners with a base level of Yoga Foundations and above will get the most from of this. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Spherical Flow is Katonah-Inspired: a structured yet exploratory yoga practice rooted in alignment, geometry, and technique. Building on the metaphor of the body as a house, this class includes a longer pranayama practice, precise shape-making, and prop-supported work woven into a steady flow designed to create space, stability, and perspective in the body. Expect thoughtful transitions, subtle strength-building, and opportunities to recalibrate your patterns through alignment and awareness.
Mandala Yoga is a fluid, circular vinyasa practice that moves around the mat to create a 360° experience of flow. Inspired by the geometry of mandalas, this class weaves together breath-led sequences, creative transitions, and rhythmic repetition to connect the body and mind in continuous motion. Expect a dynamic practice that builds heat, strength, and mobility while inviting a meditative state through pattern, symmetry, and intentional movement.
Slow down. Way down. Our YinNidra class is classic Yin holds threaded with Nidra guidance, the body opens while the mind begins to drift. Not quite asleep, not quite awake. The most restful hour you'll spend all week.
This is your permission slip to fully stop. DreamingRestore (or The Dreaming) is a deeply restorative yoga practice, think: long-held postures, fully supported by props, designed to activate the body's own healing response. There is genuinely nothing to do here except arrive and let go. Come tired. Leave transformed. Or just very, very rested.
The sweet spot between moving and feeling. Dream Flow is dynamic enough to generate real warmth and energy, spacious enough to stay in actual contact with your body while it's happening. Not a race to the peak, more of a moving meditation. For students who love to flow and also want to feel it, not just execute it.
A spiritually rooted practice that blends deep asana, traditional kriyas, and mantra. Expect longer-held postures, breathwork, and an invitation to challenge yourself with loving intention.
Waking Flow is a morning practice designed to ease the body out of sleep and into its day: it’s fluid and warming, with movement that opens joints, loosens the edges, and genuinely makes you feel good before the rest of your day. No performance required. Come as you are, leave feeling like yourself.
Power Off is 75 minutes of working hard and then fully stopping. The first half is a vigorous, breath-led power yoga practice: expect heat, strength, and effort. The second half is the payoff: an extended, unhurried rest sequence that gives the body actual time to absorb what it just did. This is not a class that sneaks in five minutes of Savasana and calls it a cool-down. Power Off takes the rest as seriously as the work. Come ready to move. Leave ready for nothing.
An evening practice for full arrival. Candlelit YinReiki combines the long, passive holds of yin yoga with hands-on Reiki energy work — students settle into supported postures while the teacher moves through the room offering Reiki touch. The candlelit environment sets the cosy, atmospheric environment that invites you to settle. One of our most intimate, restorative, and quietly special offerings.
Two practices, one session, and a logic that actually makes sense. YangYin moves through active, muscular (yang) yoga before softening into stiller, long-held (yin) postures. The yang generates heat and opens the body; the yin takes that opening somewhere deeper. Together they create a full-spectrum practice that leaves students feeling both worked and genuinely restored. A complete class for a complete body.
A transformative experience of deep relaxation and meditation through sound. Using a variety of instruments, this class guides your brain into alpha and theta states, promoting clarity, emotional release, and enhanced healing. Whether you remain awake or drift into dream-like states, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated.
