[yoga] [recovery]
Slow, precise and deeply restorative — this full body mobility class works through the body from the ground up, leaving you feeling more conscious, connected and ready for whatever comes next.
Our signature dynamic class. Breath-led, vinyasa-based, and built to generate heat through movement that stacks intelligently and makes sense in the body. Dream Dynamic I is the welcoming entry point, great if you're newer to practice or just want to move well without the pressure. Dream Dynamic II turns things up: longer holds, more complex shapes, a bit more sweat. Both levels share the same philosophy: embodied movement for deeper connection.
Big energy, bigger breath. A vigorous, heat-centred practice that builds strength and stamina — breath leads every transition, making this as much a pranayama practice as a physical one.
A dynamic, breath-led yoga practice rooted in the Rocket tradition and built for progression. Every class starts with drills and foundational poses before moving into more complex shapes and transitions, so wherever you are in your practice, there's always somewhere to go.
Two practices, one session, a logic that actually makes sense. Yang generates heat and opens the body, Yin takes that opening somewhere deeper.
A fluid, circular vinyasa practice that moves around the mat — 360 degrees of breath-led flow inspired by the geometry of mandalas.
Classic Yin holds threaded with Yoga Nidra guidance — the body opens while the mind begins to drift. Not quite asleep, not quite awake. The most restful hour you’ll spend all week.
This is your permission slip to fully stop. Long held postures, fully supported by props, designed to activate the body’s own healing response. Come tired. Leave transformed. Or just very, very rested.
The sweet spot between moving and feeling — dynamic enough to generate real warmth, spacious enough to stay in actual contact with your body while it’s happening.
Sri Dharma Mittra says we do āsana to experience the shapes in which the Divine manifests to us. A practice of longer holds, traditional kriyas and loving intention.
Fluid and warming, Waking Flow is a morning practice designed to ease the body out of sleep and into its day. No performance required. Come as you are, leave feeling like yourself.
Long passive yin holds, hands on Reiki energy work and candlelight. One of our most intimate, restorative and quietly special offerings.
An opportunity for deep relaxation. Live instruments guide the brain into an enhanced meditative state, stimulating the alpha and theta brainwaves associated with peace and clarity.
[strength] [mobility]
Achieving your front splits is the sweet outcome of a very intentional class — strong, stable and open hips at the forefront of every movement.
A focused, strength-based approach to unlocking your hips — creating space through strength, rather than separate from it.
Your spine is your lifeline, the channel through which everything communicates. This class keeps it mobile, strong and responsive.
A total body workout that challenges strength, cardio and deep core stabilisation through kettlebell work, controlled bodyweight movements and short cardio bursts.
A workshop-style class focused on safely deepening your backbends. Through drills and techniques, you’ll develop strength, flexibility, and awareness in your heart-opening postures.
Low impact, high burn — Barre blends ballet technique, Pilates and strength training into precise, controlled movements that build full body endurance and control.
A dedicated lower body strength class using bodyweight and kettlebells. Squats, hinges, lunges, and the accessory work that makes all of them better. This session is programmed with intention and built to be accessible at every level. It is straightforward, effective strength training for the legs and glutes, with enough variety to keep it interesting and enough structure to keep you progressing.
Taking influence from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga and named with a nod to the legendary Panorama Bar at Berlin’s Berghain this is a low impact strength and endurance workout driven by Olivia’s own underground club music mixes.
Challenging, precise and deeply effective — Pilates strengthens the core, glutes and back through repetitive movement patterns that build a balanced and powerful body.
A full body flexibility class that works without force. Breath, drills and sequences that take you deeper into shapes by working with your body rather than against it.
Achieving your pancake is the sweet outcome of a very intentional class — strong, stable and flexible hips at the forefront of every movement.
An addictive combination of dynamic bodyweight movement, breath and intention — Tone & Flow builds holistic strength and ignites something that stays with you long after the mat.
Static holds, deep contractions, rotational strength and the kind of core work that makes everything else better — this class trains your centre the way it actually needs to be trained.
Beginners, All Levels
Our signature calisthenics class with a supportive environment built around real progression.
Full body calisthenics from the ground up — upper body Reps Kulture methods in the first half, lower body squats and lunges in the second. One class, complete training.
[skill]
Beginner, Intermediate
Grip, spins and the foundations of pole all taught clearly, progressively and without pressure. Expect to be challenged, occasionally surprised and when it clicks, genuinely delighted.
Graceful yet demanding, this class uses two long pieces of fabric to explore wraps, climbs, drops, and creative sequencing. Suitable for those wanting to combine strength, flexibility, and artistry.
Ideal for building upper body and core strength, this class uses suspended fabric straps to explore dynamic movements, strength holds, and fluid transitions with a strong acrobatic focus.
Explore strength, grace, and creativity while suspended on a circular steel apparatus. This class focuses on foundational skills, transitions, and expressive movement in the hoop, combining acrobatics with dance flow.
A dynamic and powerful class centered on vertical rope technique. You’ll develop grip strength, body awareness, and endurance while learning climbs, wraps, and dramatic drops.
False grip work, transition drills and pulling progressions to get your first muscle up or clean up the one you already have. A milestone, not a trick.
Your starting point for getting off the ground. Intro to Aerial rotates across silks, hoop, rope, and straps: giving you a grounded introduction to each apparatus and the foundational skills that carry across all of them. Expect to work on climbs, basic shapes, entries, and the body awareness that makes aerial training safe and progressively more exciting. Designed for beginners and those still building confidence early in their aerial journey. No experience needed, just a willingness to try things that feel impossible until they aren't.
Each Class will focus on two of the four Aerial Disciplines we offer (Rope, Hoop, Straps and Silks) so we recommend coming to this class two weeks in a row for a proper overview of each apparatus.
Dynamic floor skills — rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and flips built progressively through drills and spotting techniques.
Start your handstand journey here - fundamentals first, wall work second, freestanding balance third. One step at a time, with confidence.
A unique combination of strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and control — handstands are one of the most rewarding skills a body can learn.
Skills first, strength second — this class opens with lever, muscle up and balance work before moving into pull ups, dips, push ups and rows. Control, technique and progression throughout.
Partner and solo acrobatics with an emphasis on smooth landings, safe momentum and the kind of playful movement that makes you forget you’re training.
