Charlie Dear
Charlie is a queer dance artist. She graduated from London Studio Centre- Contemporary company in 2018. Since graduating she focussed on Hip Hop and soft acro/ tricking. Her classes pull from a wide range of movement influences, aiming to balance discipline and self- compassion, using play and creativity as a way to explore. Charlie had her first taste of Yoga when at dance school, and was once a yoga-hater. She didn’t enjoy the heavy movement focused messaging. Later on she found a teacher who began to explain more of the energetic and philosophical parts of yoga and was hooked. Come for: play & creative exploration.
