Emily Atalar
From a young age, Emily has always been fascinated by the human body and how it moves. A scientist at heart, she loves to explore and understand all the ways that individual people, with their own unique anatomy and structure, can interact with different forms of movement. Starting as a complete beginner, Emily quickly fell in love with calisthenics, and is now a competing streetlifting athlete. In her classes, you can expect an uplifting, nurturing and fun approach to movement, with a strong focus on appreciating and celebrating what your body can do. Emily will encourage you to safely push past limiting beliefs, and will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to achieve your calisthenics goals. Having spent many years in the corporate world, Emily deeply relates to the struggles of maintaining a fitness routine alongside the demands of a hectic schedule. She is therefore an advocate of harnessing movement to nourish your mindset, building the resilience and confidence that will positively impact your well-being outside of the studio.
