Waking Dreams Bethnal Green Studio Assistant
This is a Front of House role but it is not just a desk job. You are the operational backbone of Bethnal Green during the day. You know the studio inside out, the members, the teachers, the rhythm of the day, the things that need doing before anyone has to ask. You are the first person in, you set the standard, and you leave the studio in better shape than you found it. Over time you will become the person the team relies on to know what is happening at Bethnal Green and to keep it running well. You are our eyes on the ground at Bethnal Green. You notice what others miss, you flag things before they become problems, and you take genuine pride in the detail of how the studio looks, feels and functions every single day.

About Waking Dreams
Waking Dreams is a movement studio rooted in East London. We run two studios across Broadway Market and Bethnal Green, offering a broad curriculum across yoga, strength, mobility, skill and recovery. We are a small, ambitious team who believe deeply in what we do. Our studios are places people come to feel genuinely at home, and the person on the front desk sets that tone more than anyone else.
About Bethnal Green
Bethnal Green is home to our aerial studio, pole studio and sauna facilities, alongside a wide range of classes, events and workshops across the week. It is a studio with real energy and a growing community. You will be joining a small but vibrant team of evening and weekend Studio Assistants and Karmis, our community volunteers, who together keep the studio alive across the full week. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something at an exciting stage, gaining genuine hands-on experience in the intimacy of boutique studio operations as we grow.
