Former karate professional and second- generation climber, I embraced yoga at a really young age as a way of living that goes beyond the mat, and I wish to support and hold space for people in their journey of self-discovery. Mindfulness, compassion and no judgement are what I stand for. Enthusiast about breathwork, meditation and the nervous system - expect a practice that oscillates between movement and stillness.
