Zoe Rozansky

Zoe turned to yoga when she had a lot going on in her life, finding that the practice allowed her to breathe in a different way, with that came a sense of presence and a feeling that things would be okay. Zoe felt the benefit of a regular yoga practice on her own mental and physical health and she began teaching because she wanted to allow others to experience this same sense of grounding. Come to class to get out of your head and move into some nice, nourishing flows. Finding an intention to be present and moving your body in a way that works for you. Always with a lovely savasana to close.
