Gymnastics Rings
Be prepared to become a lot stronger on the gymnastics rings. Like a lot stronger. No longer is this apparatus exclusive to being a gymnast, the class has an encompassing approach to cater to all levels, from those looking to start their journey, to those that are looking for the next step. The class will involve increasing your push and pulling strength on the gymnastics rings, leading into more advanced moves like ring muscle ups and levers. The strength work is combined with work that will help to strengthen your shoulders both on and off the rings, empowering you come back and keep getting stronger.
Kettlebells & Conditioning
A total-body, low-impact strength workout incorporating kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and mobility drills. Designed to build functional strength and endurance.
DreamForm
Pilates the way it should feel: intelligent, precise, and genuinely satisfying. DreamForm is built on the principles of breath, control, and flow, with an emphasis on building real functional strength through the core, glutes, and spine. This isn't about the burn for the burn's sake. It's about learning how to move well, and feeling the difference.
Barre Blast
A low-impact, high-burn workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Using small, precise movements and isometric holds, this class targets deep muscle activation, leaving you feeling strong, sculpted, and energized.
Bodyweight Strength and Skills
Inspired by calisthenics and gymnastics, this class teaches you how to use your body weight to develop strength and control. Expect drills that build endurance, balance, and skills like handstands, pull-ups, and pistol squats. Suitable for all levels.
Gymnastics Tumbling
Focus on dynamic floor skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and flips. Build strength, coordination, and confidence through progressive drills and spotting techniques.
Panorama Barre
Taking influence from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, Panorama Barre is a low-impact strength and endurance workout where the movement is driven by Olivia's own mixes of underground club music.
Expect lots of small, precise movements and holding postures to achieve a deep burn that will get you shaking in the best way. These classes will leave you feeling energised, recalibrated and worked from head to toe.
Tone & Flow
If Vinyasa yoga and Pilates had a baby - you'd end up with tone and flow. A pilates-inspired, full-body workout! Expect to sweat and feel a sizzle and follow with a flowing cool down. Tone & Flow classes focus on building holistic strength through an addictive combination of mat-based High-Intensity Training, Pilates and Yoga. Each sequence is created to push your endurance and connect you to your inner strength. This 75 Minute class will focus on dynamic movements to strengthen and tone all muscle groups, with a side of cardio for good measure! The class ends with a 10-15 minute melt & stretch session leaving you feeling energised and refreshed.
Total Body Conditioning
A dynamic, full-body workout combining Pilates-inspired movements with strength training and bursts of cardio. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and leave feeling empowered.
Beginners Calisthenics - REPS KULTURE
This is our signature class, where you will learn the fundamentals of Calisthenics. In this class we focus on movements like Pull Ups, Dips, Push Ups, Rows and fundamental core movements needed to give you a strong foundation in Calisthenics.
Intermediate Calisthenics - REPS KULTURE
This class is designed to follow on from our Reps Kulture - Beginners class. Suitable for more advanced students, this class includes higher reps, and complex sets and will introduce you to some more advanced skills.
